As a subcontractor with over 30 years in this business, I've seen my share of "builders". Meredith Custom Homes does it the right way. They give the customer what the customer wants, not a cheap watered down version of that. Clean job sites, properly scheduled crews, knowledge of all aspects of the job, important details before the install date arrives and not scrambling at the last minute to get needed information. I wish all builders worked this way.
